PLEASE NOTE - Table times are for 2 hours, and are from TIME OF BOOKING - We reserve the right to re-allocate tables after 15 minutes no show if we have not received any prior communication, and any deposits paid will be lost. Please be aware that late arrivals have an impact on all other diners, therefore for late arriving tables, your order may be moved to ensure smooth running for other guests and the kitchen. Please remember, if you book a table, this means other guests wanting the time you have booked cannot have it, therefore it is important that guests arrive at their time of booking as we unfortunately have to turn down guests at their preferred time of dining.
When booking for other guests, please ensure all guests in your party are aware of the correct booking time
For tables of 5 and over, we have a 10% service charge
For late tables please be aware you may lose your deposit as being late has an impact on other guests and our kitchen
For bookings of 8 or more, you will be required to PRE-ORDER your meals - without pre-ordering, this has an obvious impact on the times we can serve other customers. If we can fit a table of 8+ guests in without a pre order, there is a non discretionary 15% service charge as we would not be able to serve other guests once the cooking process has started for your table.
Due to the size of our restaurant, our children’s menu is not available after 17.30. We do not take parties with children under the age of 14 after 18.00* so as to ensure evening diners can dine in the relaxed atmosphere that The Olive Tree is renowned for
